Volunteers needed

Help us grow
the game.

The Junior Phantoms are run entirely by volunteers — parents, grandparents, and community members who keep the Phantoms running every season.

We're always looking for help with coaching, team management, canteen duties, ground setup, and committee roles. No rugby experience required — just enthusiasm.

  • Coaching (accreditation support provided)
  • Team managers & first aid officers
  • Canteen & BBQ helpers on game days
  • Committee & administration support
